Learn to Identify Birds
I've been trying to get better at identifying different bird species. One of the ways I've been learning is through flash cards, so I built a little tool to select the flash cards of the birds currently in my area.
One of the challenges in learning to identify birds is focusing on the species currently in your local area, or where you'll be traveling to. I built a tool that customizes an Anki flashcard deck based on recent sightings in eBird, allowing you to focus just on the birds you are most likely to see.
